Creativestate was created in 2020 with a vision to build unique and inspiring homes that stand out in a good way! We are fascinated by both the historical objects that require a careful approach, as well as the exciting modern design. We try to combine our love of architecture and culture with our knowledge of what kind of living environment residents today prefer and create homes that also contribute to the revitalization of forgotten urban areas. Our studio is located in the Põhjala Factory, which is the perfect place to be – in the middle of fresh thoughts and creative energy.
