Superstuudio
We borrowed the name Superstudio from a group in Italy established in 1966, whose purpose was to create societal and social changes through architecture. Although, this creative collective never designed any buildings, their bold ideas and insights were an influence on the future architects.
We like the fluidity that comes with historic buildings and the idea of new possibilities and fusion. So we built a co-working area in the Smithy building — the Superstudio. We believe that rooms bring people together more than any kind of organization. We also believe that districts like the Põhjala Factory will become an integral part of the future cities, where everything you need is just within reach.
